Customer Reviews
Not your average thriller
Freshman author, savannah ward, was able to get into the mind of a mentally ill person and articulate his challenges, feelings, and motivations in a way that I’ve never before read. She guides the reader through the challenging life of Clifford Murphy, who is not only homeless, but an addict with schizophrenia. She made the settings and scenes feel so real, that I felt like I was there. The twists and turns of this man as he navigates life in the underground part of NYC was fascinating, thrilling and I couldn’t put this book down! She gets 5 stars from me! Can’t wait for her next novel!
