Image and Graphics Technologies and Applications

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th Conference on Image and Graphics Technologies and Applications, IGTA 2019, held in Beijing, China in April, 2019. The 66 papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 152 submissions.
