New author for me. A mostly clean story, sex was not explicit. The story was about three sisters. The youngest was a writer. The mother encouraged her and begin sending the stories out which made her two sisters feel left out. When she finally got her big break instead of going off to college she was asked to come out to New York where she became very successful. Her two sisters were left behind to run the family inn after their mother died. Both resentful of their youngest sister’s success they quit communicating with her until they needed her for her money, they couldn’t pay the taxes on the inn…..
Fun read
I loved the story and the characters. The author made the story and the relationship an adventure and mending fences. I certainly enjoyed it.
