Bar counsels petition is documented with a certified copy of Tanners judgment of conviction, which shows that he was convicted in November 2002 in the United States District Court, District of Nevada, of 37 federal offenses, including: conspiracy to commit securities fraud, mail fraud and wire fraud; securities fraud; mail fraud; wire fraud; aiding and abetting; money laundering; and filing false individual income tax returns.
