In Re Estate of Lawrence

These two above-captioned cases have been consolidated for review purposes, on this courts own motion, due to the similarity of issues. In both cases the plaintiffs challenge by petitions for writ of certiorari the fee guidelines for payment of court-appointed attorneys as being in violation of various constitutional and statutory laws. The district court rejected plaintiffs arguments and denied any relief. We annul the writs.
