While on a mission in the Tru Republic, Ev is approached by a mysterious man who reveals a dark secret about Ev's past the Academy has been keeping from him. Feeling betrayed, Ev goes rogue and joins the stranger on a mission to re-write reality. Maya sets off to save him, but soon Zero Grade gets involved and everyone finds out just how messy the situation can get. Even if Ev succeeds in remaking the world, that might not cleanse his soul.
