The action shifts to the past, when new lovers Sara and Jeffrey detour to his hometown on their way to a beach weekend. Very enjoyable and kept my interest more than any book I have read in years. The twists and turns in the story kept me guessing till near the end.....exciting and realistic. I will be looking forward to other stories by this author!

Great story line. I really liked the characters, it shows that no one has to stay where they came from. We’re able to grow and move up in the world.
