Publisher Description
Indigen is the eye-opening story of Khadijat - a spiritually gifted child from Nigeria - who emerges from a traumatic early life of severe physical, mental, and sexual abuse to become a successful spiritual psychotherapist in the United States. Through her memoir, she reveals her troubled childhood in vivid detail, the tough decisions she had to make, and her profound spiritual experiences that set her life on a whole new path toward enlightenment.
Khadijat shows us what true healing is about and what it means to be a healer. She encourages us to get to the root of our traumas, rise from the ashes of misery, and embark on an inner journey toward self-discovery and growth. Indigen is a book that goes far beyond the limits of conventional thinking. Through her words, she merges the ancient wisdom of various cultures with modern science and quantum mechanics to help people achieve mental and spiritual transformations. She also provides real-life case studies from her practice to reveal how methodologies like aura analysis, astrological psychology, and other approaches can change the lives of others.

Amazing read!!
Inspiring story & so many tips to healing and enlightenment
A must read for anyone on their healing journey
Khadijat Quadri’s story is one of the most shocking but moving stories I have ever read. Khadijat’s journey was challenging, with many tough choices made along the way and although the events throughout this book are hard-hitting, the primary feeling associated with this book is inspiration. As Khadijat’s courage and determination to pursue a future in which she could find happiness and not let her past traumas consume her is truly beautiful. The lessons learned throughout Indigen are incredible, and I am impressed by just how much there is to learn throughout Indigen. Although Indigen is full of a wealth of insight and knowledge, all the information is useful as well as relevant to the topics explored so do not worry readers that you will be bombarded with information as this does not happen in this book! Indigen is an excellent book not only for the author’s candor but also for the incredible topics and wisdom laced throughout. In my opinion, Indigen is a profound memoir with self-help themes that will challenge readers to make them think about their own lives and spark a change while reading about an inspirational woman. This is incredibly important, and Khadijat Quadri accomplishes this with ease in her book as from beginning to end, she captivates her readers and keeps them hooked with her wonderful advice but also sensational literature that is full of passion!
