A nurse steals a vial of blood carrying a gender transformation virus and injects himself with it, because it's the one thing he's wanted his whole life.

Marcus has kept the fantasy to himself for thirty years, except for the girlfriend who likes to play it out with him in bed. Then the clinic where he works starts treats a man with the Expression virus, and he's the one drawing blood. One tube goes missing. He injects it alone in a supply closet after hours and goes home to wait.
