Informed Consent

In the war-torn Middle East a UN Weapons Inspector finds himself faced with a terrible choice. Forewarned of a chemical weapons attack on a civilian population Henry Jace must decide to unleashed an experimental defensive pathogen and violate all the rights and freedoms he holds most dear, or stand aside with the rest of the world and watch a genocide.
