Loved it!

This series was so good. Sometimes I wanted to shake Hayley, but it all worked out. Daniel was just....everything you would ever want!! Read these books. They were so good! I want more of their story, but it did end perfectly.

Review: Stark #2: Inner Core

Inner Core by Sigal Ehrlich is the second book in her Stark series. Picking up from the heartbreaking cliffhanger of book one, Layers, this book also manages to maintain a steady-pace as we watch our two beloved characters steadily and repeatedly keep getting in their own way.

Hayley and Daniel keep getting side-swiped by circumstances. He wants her to move in, she's not ready, Ian gets booted out and needs to stay with Hayley so she ends up moving in with Daniel anyway. And so on and so forth. Daniel starts acting shady like he's trying to tell Hayley something but keeps NOT telling her. It seems really shady...

Thankfully we end with a Happily Ever After. The writing style is well-balanced between inner monologue and descriptions and not over done. The characters are ones you WANT to get to know better.
