Intelligent for a black man or just intelligent

This journal article is was written to address a historic problem where intelligence as a black person is viewed as an exception instead of the rule. Being intelligent and black is historic not an anomaly and in this article I address from the history of the Church, where this problem started. Why this problem started, and how it has modernized itself.
