Tim has done an unbelievable job taking very complex and difficult topics and making them simple enough for a Safety NOOB. I would definitely recommend this book to high school students who may not completely understand what a career in safety looks like, or even field personal that want to see what a safety manager actually does. Very easy read and I am glad to see the Safety Profession shifting its focus to the new generation coming into he work force.
