Great and Practical Book
This book is a quick read full of valuable and practical information about how to hire good employees. I have never had a great system for hiring and have often relied on my gut instinct. This book was convicting. I had committed many of the "deadly sins" identified including relying on your gut instinct! It provides a systematic process for screening and interviewing potential employees and provides the forms that allowed me to immediately implement the process at work. Just the forms alone are worth the price of the book. I highly recommend this book to anyone that does hiring for their company.
