Stop that Kidnapping!
WOW! This book is amazing! BJ does it again with another "can't put it down" thriller! This is book 5 in the series of the Hamilton girls saga and it couldn't be written any better. You must read this! It centers around the youngest daughter, Cassidy, who is almost kidnapped on a Houston street but is saved by Jack Durand, only because he saw his father at the cemetary when he was visiting his mom's grave and followed his father's associate when he tried to kidnap Cassidy! Why in the world???? He doesn't even know Cassidy! And the thrills begin from there! As with all of BJ's books, there are multiple storylines going so you are never bored AND you never want to put the book down! I'm so glad we only have to wait 3 months for the final book because I must get the conclusion soon!
Some answers, more questions.
The Hamilton saga continues. BJ Daniels delves further into the mystery that is Sarah Hamilton. Many questions are answered, but the reader is still left wondering what her final objective is and why The Prophecy, an anarchist group is so determined to have Buckmaster Hamiliton in the White House.
I have to say, out of all of the books in this series, this is my favorite. I did have many of the questions I had about Sarah answered, but now I am left with a whole new set of questions. Why is The Prophacy so determined to get a Hamiliton into The White House? What exactly did Dr. Venable do to Jack and Cassidy's minds? All of a sudden, both are interested in politics and Buck's campaign - very Manchurian Candidate. The relationship between Jack and Cassidy is taken to a different direction. Will either remember the other after the mindwipe or will they start a brand new relationship not remembering that they already had one? There were many twists and turns. This story keeps you on the edge of your seat. I can't wait for the next book to come out. I highly recommend this book.
Into dust
I felt the write-up on the back cover and on the page to purchase were very misleading. The whole story was overshadowed by the
antarchists theme and yet was never mentioned in the synopsis of the story.
If I had it to do over I wouldn't purchase this book.
