Meanwhile, Hurwitz continues to explore Evan's nascent relationship with assistant district attorney Mia Hall, adding some complexity. great orphan x tale & would be five stars except for the needless and erroneous concussion aspect.
Almost as good as the first.
Into the fire has been on of the best books of the series.
This was so darn good
Better and better. Which says a lot because this series started out pretty much at 5-Star from the get-go. Wow this one just nailed it, pulls everything together and tied a nice bow on top. Excellent work Mr. Hurwitz! I’m almost afraid to read the next one because this was as close to perfection as a novel gets - THAT’s the only downside ;-)
