New Job
What we have is a person who returns to the town she grew up in but she is a pastor. She was a chaplain and gets invited to dinner and during a snow storm a person dies. She uses her compassion and understanding to help others to come to grip with what has happened and move on in life but in her case she becomes minister of the local church.
The author needs to do more research
It was an interesting read but it was obvious to me, a diabetic, that she didn’t know much about it. Not knowing that any instance of an overdose of insulin is life threatening. The confusion anger and sweat happen pretty much at the same time not over months. Any overdose needs to be corrected immediately or you die. The storage of insulin is never in a drawer but in the refrigerator. All this really took away the enjoyment from the story for me.
