Carly McBride had just landed her dream job with Child Protective Services in San Francisco when she discovered a terrible secret. Young girls were going missing and whoever was responsible was somehow doctoring the books. 

After Carly herself disappears, Harry Sweet and Shane McCurdy are hired to find her. But as the search gets more and more complicated and time is running out for Carly, Harry and Shane find themselves the targets of one of the largest sex trafficking operations on the entire West Coast.
