FINALLY! Well worth $30
I've downloaded several ultrasound textbooks (all of which cost much more than $30), and this is this first one that actually takes advantage of the iPad platform. Finally an iBook that is actually interactive and plays videos with audio instruction. Would like a little more in depth about some subjects, but there are plenty of links and referrals to other resources to keep me busy.

Oh, the opportunities!
This book is phenomenal not only for the multitude of ways that it gets the message across (concise text, labelled images, video, links to other resources, etc...) but also for the wide range of uses of ultrasound that it describes. As a med student heading for residency, I know I'll be able to grow into this book. I definitely would not have thought of using ultrasound to identify a shoulder dislocation or a hip effusion! Thanks for the great resource.
