I’ve been doing ie for a couple months and it’s been a great learning experience. No I haven’t lost weight but the freedom I have now is great. I gained some at first but not a lot, and now looking at balanced gentle nutrition such as how the Asian pyramid as a guideline but not near so rigid when I was dieting. Listening to my body is amazing and I’m learning a lot. I’m getting back to how I used to eat pre dieting days and it’s just so freeing, it’s worth it.
