Mind refreshment

I started reading this book since I don't know how to deal with my emotional eating. It not only helped refrsh my body but also refresh my mind. I started to realize that peace God given me not only in the relationship with people but also with food. I used to lean on my way and eat only healthy food but this book made me realize that I could appreciates the other food as well. The factor that destroyed my body and health is not my mom’s cooking or the snacks given from friends, but my greedy and deprecated thoughts.

I wish I had found this book a long time ago. It has made me truly assess myself & my eating habits. I’ve become more intentional w/ checking in w/ myself, trusting my body, & respecting the body I have in the here & now.
