By far the best book I have ever read. I loved every chapter. I feel like a different person. This book really struck a chord with me. The authors were speaking to me and I felt the respect and compassion they must have wanted all their readers to feel when they wrote the book.
Finally gave it a chance!
I've heard about this book for some time now and put off reading it because I thought "oh, another diet book". Far from it it proved to be! I liked the way it reads and it's not as intrusive as some books can be. I appreciate its references with detail and practicality. It has no precise recipe for weight loss or listing out everything you are doing wrong. Instead it's kind and encouraging to moving forward with your life.
