Having experienced a colony of bats at my front door after a hurricane here in Florida, this story brought a more vivid characterization of how bats really live. There was real intensity at just the right moments. A clear distinction between the good guys and those who demonstrated ugly behavior and deserved everything they got. I thoroughly enjoyed the read.
