Ken Halcombe, a former secret service agent, is called back to duty. Men have been killed. They suspect the master criminal Terry Boulton, is behind it and there is a history between Ken and Terry. Ken must track down his archenemy before the vital national secrets are sold but there is a complication. Michelle Coates, the fiancé of the man killed in the robbery is a suspect and reminds him of his wife who was killed in an accident. He must stay uninvolved but Ken knows what Terry Boulton is capable of. He kills accomplices and anyone who gets in his way.
