A fun way to learn how to make your first game
I feel like this book was written just for me. I don't consider myself a programmer. When I read most programming books, they go way over my head. In this book Justin identifies with you and encourages you by pointing out that he too isn't a "programmer" but an artist, yet he has made several apps.
I love how there are videos built into the book so you can see some of the concepts in action while reading. I can read on the couch without having to say "I should go to my desk and try to find a video that shows how to do this". It's also a fun to read book. Justin's teaching style is perfect for anyone who wants their learning to be fun and engaging, and that suits me well.
If you've always wanted to make a game but don't think you're a programmer, definitely give this book a shot.
