Is God Delusional‪?‬

Is God Delusional?

Human beings made God; therefore, there is no God. But does the second claim really follow from the first?

This book takes Richard Dawkins's The God Delusion seriously, laying out its case at full strength before testing it against science, philosophy, anthropology, and history. From projection theory and the cognitive science of religion to evolution, cosmic fine-tuning, morality, and the resurrection of Jesus, it asks one pointed question: does explaining belief mean explaining it away?

Fair to skeptics and honest with believers, with discussion questions in every chapter, it is for anyone willing to ask the hardest questions well.
