The Ferengi got my money
$9.99 for this is a rip off. Other than an interesting forward from Quark, the book only has the 70 rules given in the TV show, and nothing else. A paragraph explaining the rules, or some anecdotes would have made it far more interesting, but this is is really bare bones.
