Being a princess isn't all that....

You've heard the fairytale: a glass slipper, Prince Charming, happily ever after...
Welcome to reality: royal genealogy lessons, needlepoint, acting like "a proper lady," and -- worst of all -- a prince who is not the least bit interesting, and certainly not charming.
As soon-to-be princess Ella deals with her newfound status, she comes to realize she is not "your majesty" material. But breaking off a royal engagement is no easy feat, especially when you're crushing on another boy in the palace.... For Ella to escape, it will take intelligence, determination, and spunk -- and no ladylike behavior allowed.

Really good book! wanted more

I absolutely loved this book. It was amazing adaptation of the original Fairytale. I loved the ending but I was left wanting more. Totally recommend to Ella Enchanted fans and just straight out Cinderella fans.

Amazing

I love this book a lot it is original and somewhat realistic. I love how the author to a fictional character and made her realistic. The ending left me amazed of how she decided to show how Ella felt and what her answer would. In all a beautiful story that left me guessing after every page I read. Highly recommend that you read it!

Best book ever! 😃

I read this book in the library one day, and it was great! Ella is a strong character that people can really connect too. It's a girl-empowering book that I really love, and I think when you read it, you'll love this book, too.
