THE guide for a Westerner to understand eastern health

I could not more highly recommend this book and The Tao of Detox another book by Daniel Reid. The Tao roughly translates to the way and this book is the way for a westerner to practically and holistically at home treat themselves with both general health practices and a lot of tertiary care. Most of the book is habit forming healthy practices that once you incorporate in your routine will cause tertiary western practices become all but forgotten. Buy this book, get a decent juicer, and leave behind your disease causing toxins (Obesity, arthritis, allergies, migraines, diabetes, cancer...)
