If you are a fan of this series, you will dig this collection.
Another knock out in the story of Vanguard
After reading the last book Precipice and the amazing ending to the story, this book opens with a flashback which disappointed me at first because I wanted to continue the story. However the flashback fills in some details about Commodore Reyes and Captain Desai's relationship. The other stories in this novel deliver the goods advancing the overall story and advancing some character arcs. This is another amazing tale in the Vanguard story.
