Good Book, poor digitally quality

For some reason every bit of text in this book is permanently highlighted yellow. My iPad is up to date and there’s no reason for this glitch. The photographs and drawings are a low resolution and not great quality... very disappointing as it’s a book I truly love and also have a physical copy of.
