So sweet!

So this was my first read by Beverly Jenkins however I have read Elaine Overton.

Steve and Anita... He thought she was everything that he didn’t want and she thought the same about him. But fate intervened and stranded them together. They were forced to see beneath each other’s surfaces and realized how alike they were after all. Thought Anita’s ex- fiancé seemed to be the perfect match for her on the outside he was actually everything that she didn’t want. And the ending was just so sweet.

Michael and Connie... Connie couldn’t believe that Michael could live someone like her. In all actuality he fell in life with the real Connie which she always tried to hide instead of the Connie that she presented to everyone else. Michael saw the diamond in the rough that was Connie and saw the suppressed radiance that seeped from her. But a fling halfway around the world lead right back to her doorstep.

These were both wonderful reads. I couldn’t put them down. Great job ladies.
