Unique, Valuable, Highly Recommended
This is a unique and valuable guide to anyone who is thinking about starting an IT consulting practice, or who is struggling with the many challenges of being a successful independent IT consultant. It is a step-by-step practical guide to setting up your business, but most valuable are the case studies and guidance to THINK like a consultant. A true consultant is much more than a rent-by-the-hour version of an employee and the transition to professional consultant from corporate knowledge professional or executive is challenging. This book fills a gap with practical, pragmatic, experience-based substance that, to my knowledge, is not available anywhere else in available literature. Highly recommended!
