    The is not a cookbook

    I was very much looking forward to this book and than this
    I have a collection of cookbook in the hundreds and this is so poorly written the recipes are so vague only the chef him or her self would be able to follow. I’m not sure what the point of this book is, it’s not a cookbook it’s more like a quick overview of there dishes
    There is nothing about this book that is worth your money
    So disappointed.
