This is the second book in a series that helps teach children self-love and self-empowerment through empathy. The topics deal with many challenges that we face in today’s modern world. This book deals with the topic of mental illness in a very gentle way. Through the main character, Sam, and his mother, Grace, children will learn to question the experience they are having and become empowered to have ownership of their own emotions. Children will also learn that moms and dads are people with their own struggles and life lessons.
