Its definitely all easy
Built in timer & various layouts to choose from to search recipes. List / Picture scroll. The step swipe guide to cook each recipe is quite usefully & after a much use can say the format is definitely well thought out & if you have just one cookbook this is one to own.
Should have known better
These recipes are not what I would call kid-friendly. Maybe Gwyneth's kids are super different from the rest of the world...very disappointed with the content and what she considers "easy" weeknight recipes. Be prepared for lots of trips to Whole Foods and lots of money spent. The ingredients are not even widely available in some areas. What about that is easy?

The recipes are really simple, taste good and fast to make. I was first hesitant to buy the book. but when i saw GP at rachael rays shows' make chicken taquitos, i said hey thats the kind of food i wanna make. I dont have kids. But I wanna make foods to go , to take to work and such. Im tired of eating sandwiches. I I took the risk and bought the book. I have almost all of the ingredients in my pantry, so i have already tried several recipes from the book. I agree with other reviews that some of the ingredients can only be bought from stores like wholefoods. But i think you can substitute another ingredient for it. Or order them from amazon or vitacost. The pictures are beautiful too. Oversll Im happy with the book.
