Repeat waker now sleeping 12 hours solid

This book really helped us with our 14 month old. At first I didn’t think the bedtime routine tweaks would help since we did nearly all of the suggestions already but I put my trust in the process and found small things to adjust which added up and greatly improved our child’s sleep. We’re still working on falling asleep independently, but he now sleeps 12 hours a night without waking up, which was truly unfathomable before.

I bought this book in a moment of sheer desperation and I am so grateful that I did. We’re finally on our way to fully independent sleep!
