Don't bother!
I had high expectations for this book following the amazing experience I had with the capt's first book, it's your ship, but I was sorely disappointed with the writing, subject matter and lessons in this book.
If you're looking for a second book that has real life lessons derived from someone who was at the helm making decisions and leading his crew, you won't find it here. This book is more generic leadership concepts and strategies which I believe are better described in other books.
Too bad, I was really excited to read it.
