Itza’s Garden

Itza the chicken, one of many egg laying hens in an egg factory, is faced with an eggistential threat when she can no longer keep up the pace!

 

“Money money money!” the Boss would say.

“You chickens better lay three eggs a day!”

“Three eggs a day!” “Three eggs a day!” 

“Three eggs a day or it just don’t pay!”


She finds herself and her chicken gal pals on a forced journey to a metaphorical “end of the road.” Along the way, Itza reminds herself that there is always potential for a fortunate turn of events.  When such a turn presents “itzself,’ she takes full advantage of her good fortune and goes on a journey within a journey, to the once again promised land.


Ride along as Itza travels towards an apparent dead end that turns out to be a fortunate return to life as Mother Nature intends for all Her children!
