Good!
If there wasn't a happily ever after and the fact that I get tidbits of the other Russian Protector series characters I would stop reading this author. She is constantly having the heroines make dumb decisions and then the hero's take the blame for those dumb decisions and the heroine never understands the danger she creates. Ms. Rivera is also always having the heroines make the heros feel bad for basically taking care of the trouble they caused! There are so many ways how the heroine can stay strong and help the hero along in these stories only Ms. Rivera would like to continue and set up the heroines of doing no wrong and judgy and the heros taking all the heat for them... anyway, it's a good read and I of course will continue to buy into the series. I just wish she would create a heroine who understands the world enough to accept what from the beginning what they are getting into and quite making the heros out to be wimps in the end.
At least the book was short.
The author shifts perspectives from first person to third person limited between the characters. Either make it all third person or all first person it’s very strange. If this book had been 50 pages longer I would have abandoned it at 30%.
One of my favorites
It’s a good book, pretty short tho. The romance is fast paced.
