Ivanhoe: A Romance

Sir Walter Scott's Ivanhoe is the tale of the son of Saxon nobility who fought Crusades with King Richard. As he is in disgrace from his family, he returns disguised to England and proceeds to find love, lose love,  rescue damsels, fight in tournaments, and attempting to perform chivalrous acts in pursuit of his one true love.
