J.W. Rombach v. Parish Jefferson

The plaintiff, J.W. Rombach, Inc., through its owner, J.W. Rombach, appeals from a judgment of the trial court which granted
a motion for summary judgment in favor of the Parish of Jefferson and the Jefferson Parish Council, dismissing plaintiff's
suit against them. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
