FACTS. - Cooper, trust deed debtor to Deseret Federal, sold the property to Ford without Deseret Federals consent. Later, Ford assumed the loan, but filed bankruptcy. After relief was obtained from the automatic stay, Cooper foreclosed. Then Deseret Federal gave notice of acceleration and default under the trust deeds due-on-sale clause.
