As a teenager growing up in eastern North Carolina Jack had always looked at life as being pretty simple. As he becomes a man he realizes the true meaning of many things; life, love and happiness. Simplicity turns into confusion as he navigates his ever changing life, everything he thought he knew turns upside down. Was this secret true or another lie? Has the love of his life been beside him the whole time? Outside forces have kept them apart long enough. Will that change or will it last forever?
