Not up to previous
Have read most all Reacher / Otto books. Continue to enjoy them. However this one almost seems as if AI wrote. Multiple near identical situations, descriptions, etc. Towards end became monotonous and boring.

Seems like this was rushed to press without editing. Lots of inconsistencies!
