Publisher Description
Jack Vinson appeals a decision of the superior court affirming the district courts judgment against him in a proceeding for forcible entry and detainer. Vinsons landlord, Robert J. Hamilton, instituted the action after terminating Vinsons month-to-month tenancy. Vinson challenges the denial of both his motion for a continuance and his request for a jury trial. We reverse the denial of the continuance, and affirm the denial of a jury trial.
