Jackson v. State

(1) The defendant-appellant, Phelan A. Jackson, filed an appeal from the Superior Courts October 7, 2004 violation of probation ("VOP") sentencing order. We affirm the Superior Courts revocation of Jacksons probation. However, because the Superior Court may have miscalculated Jacksons VOP sentence, as is conceded by the State, we remand this matter to the Superior Court for further proceedings consistent herewith.
