Jacobsen v. Mcginness

This case is before us on writ of error to review a judgment dismissing all claims of the parties involved in a three car highway accident. We will refer to the parties by name. The record embraces some 275 folios (exclusive of the reporters transcript) and is somewhat complicated due to the manner in which the several parties presented their respective claims and defenses.
