James E. Davenport v. State Alaska

CONNOR, Justice. OPINION This is a sentence appeal. In 1974, James E. Davenport was convicted of two counts of robbery in violation of AS 11.15.240. He was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment on each count, to be served consecutively. On appeal, we affirmed his conviction but remanded the case for resentencing. Davenport v. State, 543 P.2d 1204 (Alaska 1975).
