HOUSTON, JUSTICE. This is an appeal by the defendant, Steger Bus Lines, from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff, Everett Bus Sales, for the recovery of a bus and damages for breach of a lease-purchase agreement. We reverse and remand.
